A practical one-hour workshop designed for staff interested in the management and digitisation of hard-copy University records. In this session you will learn about the University services that can assist with the capture, management, storage and disposal of digitised material.

Introduction by Lucinda Davies (Manager, Records Services, Legal & Risk)

Chris Stueven (Records Analyst, Records & Compliance, Legal & Risk) will speak on the choice to digitise material, Digitisation Plans for University records and the ongoing management of the scanned material.

Joe Arthur (Coordinator, University Digitisation Centre) will speak on the services of the University Digitisation Centre. 

Andrew Everett (Policy, Projects and Audit Consultant, OHS Operations, Health & Safety) will provide a case study on the 2016 Health and Safety Digitisation Project.
